ZEN Wholesale Cabinetry is growing, and we’re excited to welcome talented, motivated individuals to our Indianapolis team. We are currently hiring for two positions: Cabinet Sales Representative and Administrative Team Member.

Cabinet Sales Representative

We’re looking for a welcoming, confident, and customer-focused professional who enjoys working with clients and helping bring their ideas to life.

Responsibilities may include:

• Welcoming and assisting showroom customers

• Understanding clients’ project needs

• Helping customers select cabinet styles, colors, and finishes

• Preparing quotes and estimates

• Following up with leads and existing customers

• Supporting clients throughout the design and sales process

• Building strong, long-term customer relationships

Experience in cabinetry, kitchen design, interior design, construction, or sales is preferred. Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills are important for this position.

Administrative Team Member

We’re also looking for an organized, dependable, and detail-oriented individual to support our daily showroom and office operations.

Responsibilities may include:

• Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries

• Scheduling appointments

• Organizing documents and maintaining accurate records

• Processing basic paperwork

• Assisting customers and vendors

• Supporting the sales and management teams

• Helping keep daily operations organized and running smoothly

The ideal candidate is professional, comfortable communicating with customers, and able to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. Previous administrative or customer-service experience is preferred.
