We’re currently looking for talented and detail-oriented Kitchen Estimators to join our growing team in Indianapolis, IN. If you have a passion for cabinetry, construction, or interior design, and a sharp eye for numbers and layout — this role might be the perfect fit.

🧰 What Does a Kitchen Estimator Do?

As a Kitchen Estimator at ZEN, you’ll:

Review architectural drawings and customer layouts
Prepare detailed cabinet estimates based on project scope
Collaborate with sales reps, designers, and project managers
Ensure accurate takeoffs for cabinetry and countertops
Help clients and contractors visualize their space with confidence

💼 Who We’re Looking For:

Experience in kitchen or cabinet estimating is preferred
Familiarity with 2020 Design, Cabinet Vision, or similar software is a bonus
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Excellent communication and organizational skills
A team player who wants to grow with a fast-moving company
